Directed promoting Starz featured movies and Encore Spartacus original series, managing promotional work, featured movie tune-in spots, and multi-spot Spartacus series campaign, yielding #1 rating for promoted programs on both networks simultaneously, a Starz first-time achievement, 3 separate times.

Supervised promotional content production for 17 Starz, Encore, and MoviePlex national cable television networks, including on demand, web, mobile, and OTT digital streaming services. Managed multiple creative projects from conceptualization through execution, providing creative review / critique.

  • Directed content producers, entailing managing budgets and planning, long-range network branding development, and daily operations.
  • Negotiated with programming and marketing stakeholders to optimize viewer satisfaction.

Talent Relations Manager, Creative Services, 2005-2007

Developed performer and studio partnerships to identify and maximize promotional opportunities. Negotiated on-camera Hollywood talent contracts for image campaigns, advising on talent bargaining issues, contracts, and performing unions. Advised key stakeholders on how to best present requests to secure promotional partner agreements.

  • Established first creative services department talent relations area, defining job descriptions, duties, and processes for executing talent-oriented projects.
